We aim to dispatch artworks within a few days of sale but please be aware that it is not always possible to ship oil paintings straight away. If the artwork you are buying is recently painted we need to let the oil dry before we can safely send the artwork to you. You will, of course, be advised of any delay to your order.
Where possible all paintings are sent by Royal Mail from the UK, and are insured up to their value for damage or loss during transit. Sometimes it is necessary to use other carriers for large packages, if this is the case we will get in touch with you with the details.
Within the UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which ensures that artworks are in transit for the minimum possible time, as well as providing tracking and the security of a signature on delivery.
We can send paintings anywhere in the world using Royal Mail International and will always choose to add tracking and signature on delivery where these options are available (this is usually available when sending to Europe and North America).
We charge for postage per item because it is often not possible to send artworks in the same package due to postage size restrictions; if we can send your purchases to you more economically however we will and will issue a refund for any excess postage paid. If you are thinking of making a multiple purchase feel free to contact us for a shipping quote first.
It may also be possible to collect your artwork in person from Holmfirth, West Yorkshire. If you wish to use this option please contact us before purchasing to make arrangements.
It should also be noted that we reserve the right to cancel orders (with full refunds provided) if it proves impossible for us to ship the selected item to the given destination, though this proviso is only here as a last resort.
